The dog pillow works with smart infrared technology, just like all other heat products from Stoov. This method of heating is completely safe, for both humans and animals. For added safety, a timer and thermostat are built in. This ensures that the dog bed does not get too hot and automatically switches off after eight hours.
You can choose between two different types of heating dog beds: the Woolly or the Canvas. The Woolly is made of a wonderfully soft fabric: the texture is reminiscent of a sheepskin and has a woolly feel. The Canvas is the ideal dog bed for the less tidy and clumsy four-legged friends, as it is extra resistant to outdoor life. The synthetic fabric made of olefin fibres is water- and dirt-resistant plus UV-resistant.

To connect your Big Hug, follow these steps:
1. Connect the battery to the battery cable.
2. Place the battery in the battery pouch made for it.
3. Connect the charger to the Stoov label. As long as the battery light flashes, the pad is charging and/or in use. The battery is fully charged when the light stops flashing.
4. Turn on your cordless heating pad and enjoy the warmth!
1. Connect the charging cable to the back of the Stoov Smartlabel.
2. Connect the 12v charging cable to the adapter.
3. Plug the adapter into the wall socket.
The indicator light on the Stoov Smartlabel flashes to show that the battery is charging. When the indicator light on the Stoov Smartlabel stops flashing and lights up constantly, the battery is fully charged.
NB; while charging, you can also use your Stoov rechargeable heated cushion as normal. Charging does take a little longer in that case.
How long it takes to charge your rechargeable heating cushion depends on the type of battery you have. But fortunately, you never have to wait really long! Is it empty? Not to worry! You can also use it while it's charging.Â
Yes, all our products are safe to use. We take your safety seriously. That's why all our products are equipped with overheating protection. The thermostat will turn off the heat generation in between when the actual temperature of the Stoov gets too high. This prevents excessive temperatures.
Although our products are tested and safe to use, we do not recommend using our products for people with pacemakers and for women during pregnancy.Â
Children under the age of three should not use this product as they cannot respond to overheating. The product may be used by children over three years old and under eight years old under supervision and with the regulation always at the minimum temperature.
